Super location and clean. There is a restaurant inside of the property but I didn't eat there because we have some appointments outside . Staff was very kind.

Basic hotel,nothing fancy. Great location, in Zona Rosa, lots of restaurants and entertainment just blocks away. Public transport very easily accessible

Parking not available , i had to pay expensive public parking for all my stay.
Conditions of the hotel was ok, lack customer service lady in reception who were using glasses were not in good
mode same of old concierne guy,
House keeping ladys provided an exceptional service same as the lunch ladys,
My stay was ok.

A/c only works on cold and only very very noisi in high position only in night cannot sleep .. no heating!!
No cups and no water boilers also on demand !
Very poor
