A somewhat tired no-frills hotel, but very affordable and in an excellent location. No complaints at all, it suited my purposes completely and would I stay again? Absolutely.

Bad stay.

The room was not the one I booked and paid for. I even showed Manuel the photos of the room from the hotel’s own listing, but he still refused to provide it. Instead, he repeatedly said it was “hotel policy” and “subject to availability.” If that’s the case, why was I charged for that specific room?
When I asked to speak with the manager, he simply replied, “I am the manager,” leaving me with no way to escalate the issue.
I wasted more than two hours trying to resolve this matter with hotels.com customer service..
Also the room had only one electrical outlet, and Manuel was unhelpful, unprofessional, and unable to resolve even basic issues. His poor communication made an already frustrating experience much worse.

The hotel’s location is excellent, but unfortunately that’s the only positive aspect of this property. They refused to provide the room that was advertised and that I had already paid for, unless I paid an additional fee of 1000 pesos The check-in process was chaotic and unprofessional.The receptionist, Manuel, was unable to resolve basic issues and communication was very difficult due to his poor English skills. Overall, this is one of the worst hotel check ins experiences I have ever had
The room and bathroom were dirty, and there was black hair everywhere. The safe did not even have a lock..and also although the hotel has “No Smoking” signs everywhere, the smell of marijuana in the hallways and outside the rooms was overwhelming.
Lastly, there are no security cameras in the hallways, which is very concerning. If your belongings are stolen or an incident occurs, there appears to be no video surveillance to help identify what happened or who was responsible.
