On site restaurant food was good.
Hotel is walking distance to Macroplaza, museums, and Paseo Santa Lucia.

It smelled like drainage all the time and There was no iron in the room I have to call to the receptionist to ask for one.

Not kind, not rude

Regular, regular service, everything regular, room depends on what you go is more for business, and just stay, has a restaurant, the food I didn't like and has. A very very very small pool and the water is cold , is located near the trucking station.

They steal data with free WIFI CARE!!!

The Internet has no password, I connect and enter the Santander App and my data was stolen, never in 10 years had my data been stolen until I connect there, it is too suspicious. I was also denied the invoice because I made the reservation on Booking, when clearly Booking told me that the invoice had to be given to me by the hotel.

The room was not properly cleaned. Also, water pressure was low. The AC is not temperature-controlled. Either turn off or on. I am not staying there anymore.
