Excellent service

Very good hotel. Well located, excellent attention from the hotel staff. Getting to know the area through the hotel staff makes a difference. I went to my visa appointment and had already checked out, anticipating that I might leave late from the appointment and miss the checkout time. They told me that I could not enter the U.S. Consulate with my cell phone, so I left it with the receptionist, who was very kind and empathetic. Everything was excellent. I returned and picked up my suitcase and cell phone without any issues. Thank you for your good service. In addition to everything being excellent with my stay and breakfast.

Staff was helpful but they're overload with guest, you have to wait a lot to be attend
But they deactivaded our Keys before days of check out
Out side the hotel there is a lot of pollution, noise and swuage water

Horrible, arriving at your destination after a dance you arrive hungry tired and you can't be delivered your room

An hour of waiting for CHECK IN, it had never happened to me in an inn party or in a THE ONE hotel, is what but I have lived, they say keep a check as people arrive and there is no order , is a free hotel service NO HOSTEL, is a disgraceful system, supposed check in at 3 pm, an hour give wait and do not move, it is not canceled because I come from far and I require it but I DO NOT RECOMMEND the but experience of my life in groups inns,

Hotel acceptable but in a very bad area

The hotel is not bad, but the area is very bad, dangerous, with no places to dine other than McDonals or PizzaHut. Very loud and dirty.
Breakfast is bad, and it is very cold in the living room, it will be so that people leave very quickly and do not consume much. The variety of foods is not good. Not recommended, would not return

Some room for improvement, but overall ok

We stayed here for four nights in December 2025. The hotel is well located, about 20-25 minutes by car to/from the airport, and about 5-10 minutes' walking distance from the central city. Close to the hotel are McDonalds, KFC, and various convenience stores.
Overall the hotel is modern and clean, but there were some deficiencies. The room was good, but the bathroom had a shower and toilet only. The basin was located in the room itself. What was weird is that the tap was placed right above the edge of the basin so, when washing your hands, half the water fell outside the basin. Who on earth designed that? The mirror was also far away from the basin, so there was no way to shave properly as you just couldn't see close enough in the mirror.
The breakfasts were also very chaotic. There was not enough seating for everyone at the same time, so a lot of people had to wait and circulate, keeping a close eye on tables that would soon become available. There was only one person making eggs, so there was a long queue for eggs. Things also ran out. Plates ran out. Cutlery ran out. Pastries ran out. The coffee machine was frequently being re-set, causing delay. Dirty plates piled up and that looked unsightly. The chilaquiles were never warm enough but thankfully there was a microwave where you could warm your food up. Of course it's always unpredictable when people will turn up for breakfast, but they need to have systems in place to cope with busy periods.
Our key cards for the room also worked or didn't work intermittently. We had to get them re-set about three times, but they still didn't work reliably.
So, there are many areas for improvement at this hotel. However, given its location, cleanliness, and value for money, it is still an option worth considering as long as you turn up for breakfast at quiet times.
