Excellent service and close to the consulate

I had to go because I had an appointment at the consulate, and it is very close to there. From the moment I arrived, I loved the warm and friendly treatment with which they welcome you. You can tell the care with which they attend to each guest.
I was only there for two days, but I really would have liked to stay longer. If you go in the afternoon, I recommend you ask for José: he provides great service and helped me with the restaurant schedules for the evening. Also, although I arrived a little before 3:00 pm (check-in time), Tamara welcomed me very kindly and, together with Isabela, they did everything possible to give me the room as soon as possible.
In summary, it is an excellent hotel with a really attentive and helpful team.

Clean modern spacious hotel

I had an amazing experience at the Krystal Urban Hotel in San Jerónimo. The hotel staff was great and accommodating. The room was spacious, clean, and modern. The restaurant served good food at the staff was very attentive. There's an indoor pool which is great for children and the location was close to a big mall and other tourist areas. I definitely recommend staying again.

Excellent service

The attention is amazing, they were clearing my doubts no matter how small it was, the truth is that that kind of attention is what makes you feel special because they do not make you feel foolish. I'd just come back a thousand times
