The elevator was very slow since it is man operated. Charged 500 pesos for our dog which was more than we ever had to pay in Mexico.

Terrible experience, they had no hot water the entire weekend and were rude when asked for what solutions they were offering. Brought a bucket of dirty hot water up to my room. Nothing to scoop it with. The room is super outdated, bed very small and there are no plugs to charge your devices. Need to move the bed to get access. Also there is no view as the windows are super high above the floor so you can’t see anything. It is also very loud at night from whatever is happening at bars near by and the door has a 2 inch gap from the floor so you can hear everything happening in the hallway and other rooms. The lobby is cute and the restaurant is always good. The valet staff were great but everyone at reception was rude and inconsiderate. Never again, not worth it stay at a cheap hotel instead.

Shower did not have pressure. It was clogged and repaired fairly quickly. Plenty of trash under the bed and armoire
Upon checking out i was delayed because the mirror in the armoire was cracked, and they wanted to confirm it was not me that broke it.
Certainly disappointed at the delay.

The hotel was very clean and accommodating. The restaurant is absolutely great. Everything we ate was delicious. The big plus for me is that it's a 5 minute walk from the border crossing and it feels safe around the hotel. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️'s
