Lavatory was clogged, we had to call due to toilet was clogged as well consistently. There is something wrong with water sewage at that area.

The disadvantage is that it is far from the old town

I stayed on the tour, so I didn't know the price and other details. It was a bit far to walk to see the sights (but still I walked) because it was a few kilometers from the center, but I managed to get back to the historic center of Oaxaca, a World Heritage Site, after getting lost a little bit. There were shopping centers in the area, but they were not necessary for tourists.
　The hotel itself is clean and no problem. The room I stayed in was shower only, no bathtub. Wi-Fi was available without any problems.

Dismal experience and attention

The truth gave me a lot of sadness how they attended me, I speak from the start after making the reservation for 2 rooms and almost a week of stay, an email was sent to request the transfer details and I had no answer until after a week later, after the transfers were sent as I wanted everything to be in order and well since I went with my family and sent the transfer vouchers of the 2 rooms and they never responded to me by mail to calls to the hotel because to confirm the deposits since it was more than 20k and they only said allow me and left me more than 15 minutes and never picked up the phone again to give me attention that was at various times and several times and I never got a response I had to talk to party rewards to request the support of the confirmation of the deposits were communicated to the hotel and confirmed but that was after like 20 calls that I did not get an answer or a bit of attention, when I arrived at the hotel the day of my entry I am a member rewards black I know that early checkin is under availability but we arrived at about 11am and we only said the housekeeper will check it was already check it and so lie after lie and lie and since we went out to breakfast and returning type 2:30pm got me the same and I give myself the rooms until almost 4pm ok if there was no availability they had to see me given the time it is 3pm but it was not so much the truth until I was bothered in reception and reception was telling a male companion of her the offices was not the truth but it was telling her male companion in the back was not who when we left the reception to go out to see the subject of the reception to see it in front of my room, but lord's face to see my angerous mr.e., I went out to see my room health and lie after day, and lie to see my partner, I went out to breakfast and return type 2:30pm ok if there was no availability and gave me the rooms until almost 4pm ok if there was no availability, and I saw the room until almost 4pm ok I was no availability until it was no availability and I saw it until it was not so much as 3pm but it was not so much as it was not so I told to see the time it was not so 3pm but

It was a great place for an overnight to stay for an early flight out the next day. The front desk crew and our taxi drivers were excellent. We enjoyed q quick evening taxi drive to El Centro and El zococolo
