Terrible Organization

We booked a weekend through VIVA, but when we arrived, the hotel only had a poster with a text that stated that "due to administration change and inventory we are closed," so we were stranded there without prior notice. This was a horrible experience.

It's a lousy chain of rogue hotels that don't honor covenants and don't pay their employees, close hotels and not liquid

They don't give a bill and it's far from everything.

They don't bill, you try to contact them and nobody helps you, they give you phone numbers that are out of order, and when you get contact from the hotel, nobody can help you. I do not recommend this hotel as it is very far from everything, to get around mainly requires taxi.

Maintenance is also missing

There was no card payment, fatal wfi, there are cockroaches, care at bad reception, no telephone in room to talk to reception, incomplete towels, a non-existent account number to make transfer when hiring online, in the hotel I was not accepted to add breakfast because they said that having hired online prevented it.

No billing!

The room smelled damp, and the internet extremely slow, no twitter could open, less take a zoom meeting, request 3 times the bill, since it was a business trip and was never sent to me, try calling the hotel at 3 different phones that were provided and everyone says they are disconnected, DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
