Very good location between the ADO terminal and the attractions of the center city. My only complaint is that there is virtually no cell reception inside the building and no wifi password included in the guest brochure.

Lovely place to stay a night. Clean and comfortable room, and very hospitable people. My only problem was banging my head on a glass shelf in the bathroom, that I thought was unnecessary and a little dangerous as it's in very narrow space and easy to miss. Watch out if you're there!

My room was clean, the bad however, was a single at Best and when I asked if I could change rooms, they said no, even though there were vacancies.

There is no 24-hour customer service, and the room cleaning service is only available from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm, which was inconvenient for me.
