Excellent hotel if you are looking for something central

Our stay at the hotel was excellent, the rooms are comfortable and very clean, the staff of both restaurant with reception are very friendly and attentive from the telephone attention to the reception, always attentive to any need would definitely return

Excellent location.

The staff is excellent, very friendly, but the cleanliness and silence leave to be desired. Good cost benefit. There is breakfast as a courtesy. Excellent location, has parking. This is my second stay at this hotel. Just a boy from the wardrobe wasn't kind, actually he's kind of rude. The first time, the cleaning staff was quieter. That's what bothered me the most. Due to time difference, I had a lot of sleep in the morning and couldn’t sleep. I leave my hugs to everyone.

HOTEL DEL RIO FIRST NIGHT FATAL THE NEXT DAY IMPROVED A LOT.

WE WERE STAYED AT THE HOTEL DEL RIO.....FATAL FIRST NIGHT...THE 2 ROOMS THAT ADJORGE THE STREET ARE VERY NOISY BECAUSE OF THE TRAFFIC NOT BECAUSE OF THE RIVER, IN ONE OF MY ROOMS (WE RENT 2) THE SINGLE MATTRESS WAS WITH THE SPRINGS BLEW... THE NEXT DAY THEY VERY KINDLY AGREED TO CHANGE THE 2 ROOMS... WHICH WAS A CHANGE FROM OVERNIGHT TO THE MORNING... I WOULD RETURN BUT I WOULD BE CAREFUL TO REVIEW THOSE DETAILS BEFORE THERE WAS A GOOD CARE AND CLEANLINESS. .

Nice Surprise

I booked this hotel through booking.com. I booked this for one night and I was really surprised. The room was nice and clean, breakfast was good and super well located. You can walk to most of the main attractions in Orizaba. The restaurant is nice and good. I am definitely visiting Orizaba Inn again.

Nice hotel, horrible circumstances

- disco/club in front of the window, we found NO sleep at night!!!!
- in lobby smell of food
- in room smell of chemicals
- breakfast only untill 9am
+ friendly staff
+ clean room w/ kingsize and balcony
