From start to finish the hospitality was evident.
Beautiful grounds, beautiful room, helpful staff, gracious hostess.

Wonderful stay at Casa Cielo

My stay was to visit Pátzcuaro with my family, but mainly for the Cantoya Balloon Festival.
​Both the hotel and the "casitas"/mini-
apartments are in a great location, super close to Plaza Vasco de Quiroga—just 1 and 2 blocks away, respectively. I only had breakfast at the hotel, but the service was very fast, delicious and the staff were really kind, and the place is beautifully decorated. The rooms look nice from the outside and are quite spacious.
​I stayed in one of the casitas, called Casa Cielo. It was lovely: it has two terraces (one in the front and one in the back), a living room with a TV and heater, a sofa, a bathroom with a bathtub, a bedroom with a king-size bed, and a kitchen. Everything was super clean and well-equipped. The views from both terraces were beautiful, especially at night.
​Plus, we had 24/7 access to both the house and the hotel, as they gave us keys for both locations.
​I would highly recommend it!

A fabulous and charming hotel!

Casa Encantada is a perfect hotel! The rooms are beautiful with lots of character- the entire facility is beautiful. We loved the artistic touches that are throughout the entire facility. Rooms have everything you need- a smart tv, fridge, microwave. Our bed was very comfortable and our room was quiet. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is included and is very good. Victoria, the owner is lovely and made us feel welcome. The location of the hotel is very good. The stay in Casa Encantada really enhanced our stay in Patzcuaro and we will stay there again.

Wonderful B&B!

Love this b&b! Wonderful staff, historic and unique building with lots of local art. Lovely, quiet courtyard. Best breakfast! Location walkable to everything.

An authentic relaxing experience at Casa Encantada

The Casa Encantada experience is not to be missed especially if you enjoy authenticity of a Mexican house with courtyards, artworks, fountains and flowers.
The ambience is tranquil, relaxed. Incredible staff, friendly and attentive.
Guest rooms are spacious, well cared for with comfy beds.
Hot water in a large shower is welcome after walkabout day. Breakfast is cooked to order and nicely served.
The artist owner made a point to greet and speak to each guest,

I like that! Yes AUTHENTIC... Casa Encantada is certainly and Patzcuaro is also. I call it an undiscovered Oaxaca. So many hidden Artists and artesanos in various pueblos around the lake.
AND tranquil and I LOVE my staff. They are the best. I agree. Victoria Come again!
