WORST EXPERIENCE!! PESIMA EXPERIENCIA!!! They got into my room when I was away to lock my dog into the bathroom. They call themselves a “pet friendly” hotel. First, they opened my room during my stay and the worst was to lock my chihuahua in the bathroom heat. They said no one did it but I have a video of the stair height and like if my 20 cm chihuahua was able to open the door, get in there and lock herself in.
Fortunately I left for only one hour but definitely not the place to stay if you have a paw companion. They can rob you as they get into the rooms whenever they want.

Good location that’s all.
walls and bathroom dirty, reception during the night Martin charge us $200 pesos for a old white towel that he said it was stained with hair dye, toilet paper very restricted and we were 2 people in the room, they have shows during the night in the 4th floor until 12am with very loud music, didn’t know about it and couldn’t not sleep until show ends, not happy with all this I will never stay at this place 👎

Probably the worst hotel I stayed at. First it is located on the main street so there is noise all day and night. Second they have a bar at the top of the hotel that can play loud music until 2am. Third, they gave me a room just behind the reception and the staff is always talking with people or on the phone constantly, even at night. When you ask kindly to keep it down, they still continue. Basically, if you want to sleep, dont go there. I asked for another room but they said all the rooms were occupied, which was a lie. The saff is super rude and dont care about the clients. When you ask to talk to the manager, they say no. They dont clean the room during your stay. The room is very basic, bed was ok but shower was leaking, the sink faucet was broken. Well nothing was ok with this hotel, look away and find a decent one! But this is not where you want to sleep!

The room was so dirty, without paper roll, the room in general smell urine, the room was in very bad condition. I left one night before.
