Mixed feeling
My friend and I have mixed feelings about the experience.
So just stating facts so that you can make up your own mind without bias.
When we arrived at night, the owner was waiting for us to relocate in another place for some reasons that were kept unknown to us (probably overbooking)
It's never pleasant to be relocated as it means you actually can not decide if you like it or not.
Good thing is that the owner waited for us and took us to the place which was nearby.
The place was good, nice bathroom, nice setting, very calm. The bed was horrible. It was not a hôtel but a building with studios so expect no staff (only door keepers that do not speak English so forget about asking information). no room cleaning.
Back to the Kika - the room on the street was noisy. Lots of mosquitos. Noise also in the courty yard were people gather around the pool. Nice setting and good bed. No staff, no breakfast, no cleaning service. the Shower was really bad and should have been fixed before accepting guests in the room.
Generally speaking, the place is not run by a professional hotel keeper with the pleasure of hosting (and would have fixed the shower) but rather by someone who simply rent out accommodation. See if you're ok with that based on price.
