Outstanding breakfast choice

We stayed here for 5 night as part of a road trip round Mexico to visit our son who is a uni in Cholula.
As soon as we arrived after a long 7 hour drive from the Mazunte we were greeted with a lovely welcome, the parking guy took our car off to the garage and the check in staff asked us which scent we would like in our room! I travel a lot and have to say I have never been asked this question, I opted for green tea. We had a lovely spacious room with a view of the pool and a great shower. Breakfast on the terrace was lovely with a massive choice of healthy options. The hotel has a nice pool, not big but super comfy sun loungers. The staff were all very attentive, polite and helpful.

Beautiful hotel, however difficult to navigate. Found it difficult to find restaurant and pool. Bathroom was a bit awkward. Very difficult to figure out television with two remote controls.

Extremely clean and comfortable hotel with a lovely pool area and great food. The location could not have been better, right on the edge of historic Puebla, with a plethora of markets, bars, restaurants and beautiful buildings at your doorstep. Would recommend to anyone wanting to visit beautiful Puebla.

A wonderful Poblano experience

Wonderful stay in Puebla, well located, lovely staff and the pool and rooftop restaurant is gorgeous. You’re on a lovely street and can easily wander into the historical centre - would definitely recommend to all looking to stop in Puebla.

Great hotel. Rooms were spotless, pool area was spacious and beautiful and the food at the restaurant was great and well priced.
