The breakfast was wonderful-yougart, Mexican style eggs, beans, ham , cheese, tropical fruit, etc. The kitchen girls and one of the doormen were always friendly. The beds are rock hard, the room is tiny, no refrigerator or safe or coffee maker. One chair -clear but feels bare bones. Luke warm, low pressure water. The location was good and most of the time it was quiet although one night some knocked on our door at 03:00 another night there was a larggg

I don't recommend it. The attention is very bad.

The hotel is clean, good price, the basic breakfast but included in the stay fulfills what is necessary, the bad the people at the reception a LOUSY service they give, the day I arrive they told me that the room was not ready until 3 o'clock in the bone afternoon the hotel was empty not even 50% occupancy that is a lack of judgment by the staff 3 hours waiting for it to be delivered, they give me the worst Junior Suite room on the ground floor and the view badly cut pasture and a bard, I requested that they change it and already unwillingly gave me one on the highest floor, which was clean "" all full of dust (annex photo of the rag), the next morning I dialed 10 times to reception and NOBODY answered to order a shampoo, when I went down to breakfast I told them that I had been dialing and they told me that NO that the phone had not rung that maybe the appliance in the bone room does not serve me I told the fat lady that it is in the reception LOUSY bone service as you tell me that the phone is not useful if I hear it ring and if I am dying and this alone because there is loaded the scrubbed "LOUSY SERVICE", to finish off return at noon and the disabled key &%$#% & go down to the reception and with bad face as they activated it I go up and nothing that served commented to the girl who makes the rooms to warn them that I would not go again because I am not taunted, a gentleman to check bone did not believe me and it was NOT OPEN and nothing else brought, according to such batteries were not maintained and the key was not carried by the same person and was not active in the same room. I don't recommend the hotel because the staff is terrible.
