I love our stay in this hotel. 6 nights in the city of Puebla was the best thank you to this team. They accommodated very well to all our needs (family of 5)

- great location. Just two blocks of zocalo.
- beautiful historic property, Full of charm. Very nice decoration.
- Al of the bedrooms are very clean, big, great furniture.
- yummy breakfast.
They made me feel right at home. Staff was super nice and friendly. And I love all of them. Francisco was our server for breakfast in the mornings and he was super friendly, Diego pay attention to detail and made sure to bring me my favorite pastry, Fatima at the front desk was helpful before we arrived, the person helping us with our bags was sweet and friendly and I apologize for not knowing all the names. But trust me, they’ll be in my heart forever.

Our room didn’t have any windows and was very stuffy. This was not clear when we booked it.

The hotel did not respected my réservation. I sent a message asking them to keep my room but they just didn’t. They just ignore messages of their clients

Clean, nice, specious, quiet room, no air conditioning only a fan, comfortable bed but bad pillows. Very nice employees. Very good breakfast. Great location.
