Expensive hotel that changes your room different from the contracted one

I'm a frequent flyer. I stay every weekend in a hotel in Puebla. The One Finsa Hotel was the most expensive nights I have paid for in Puebla, I only chose it because of the proximity of the event I attended that weekend.
I hired a room with a double bed. I was given a room; which by the headboard that existed in the room evidently corresponded to a room with a double bed, but instead there were 2 single beds placed in the opposite part of the room. I went downstairs to clarify and at Reception they confirmed that they could do nothing.
The watering can spree had no good pressure and threw an open splash of water that made bathing very difficult. At check out, the hotel manager was aware of the case and came out to offer me an apology that was only limited to a promise that on my next visit it will be better. Which of course isn't gonna happen because I'm never going back to that hotel.

They're not answering the phone at reception.

The attitude of the reception is not good.
One in the volume at zero so that they do not listen to the calls, even when they arrived with them the comment was made and still left it at zero and you see how they keep coming calls and of course they do not answer.

The staff very was friendly but the smell in the room was indescriptible really bad and strong…we had a room on the highway side so was very noisy…if you’re a smoker you can’t smoke not even 3 feet from the building you have to go outside the property

Overall the hotel is nice. Where it falls down it the breakfast. The food is edible, but not great. There is room for much improvement. I have stayed at multiple One Hotels, and this has the worst breakfast of all I have stayed in. A second point is the noise from the highway. Get a room on the back side of the hotel if you are a light sleeper
