Clean room, business friendly, staff is not very attentive and aim not sure if it's because they are attending multiple guests and taking care of multiple tasks while we are in desk.

Very dirty pool and poor service

Very bad service since we arrived in the looby, in the pool very bad service to order drinks. The pool is very dirty, really very dirty, ek hotel is cute but there are several areas to improve.

Operational capacity is exceeded by large groups

We stayed at the hotel due to a football tournament in which my son's school participated, upon arrival it was a little late check in because at least we were staying at least 3 teams with family and coaches

I asked three times for the staff to bring a pet bed that they offered to provide during the checking. After asking three times over two days, I just gave up. They never came or followed up.
