My experience

They have a great service, since we arrived they received us very well, just as if you forgot something in the pools or gym they themselves guard your things until you go to collect them, their food and drinks are excellent

In addition to thieves and dirty, expensive and bad

We are expected on April 24 to 27 of this year. To begin with and what is the least worst thing about this hotel is that they didn't even put my family and me on the same floor, so to be able to go from one to the other, as we were going to a wedding and needed several products that we organized to bring divided. It was a scrub and we had to meet in the lobby. Secondly, the breakfast is expensive and horrible. The buffet is not varied. The food is deplorable and the attitude of the waiters worse, that of Francis above all. We weren't thinking about toileting even the rooms even if it was two days in the important. There are really so many bad things in this hotel not only the attention, but the toilet. The pool was not even clean and it was less than 10° which seems a little too silly because there are children who want to enjoy swimming and can not because of the low temperature, besides that in the gym almost nothing works, the TV of the rooms only passes three channels the shower is the most slippery thing that I have seen in my life we were handed the cup of the bathroom all Dirty, which seems to me something deplorable and a very big point to touch in this hotel, leaving aside all these bad experiences, besides what all the food in general is horrible, they did not steal, in room 401, my relatives were staying who are of age, besides what they did not make the room, they stole a bill of $100 and 2000 pesos in bills of 500 in Mexican currency, it seems so bad, because besides what they rioted and sculpted their things, they have the mania to steal, here the question is who will pay us that money. Deplorable the hotel is an Asco

Good place.

Good place to stay on business, because it is the way I have gone, spacious rooms and with what you need, your staff in general is extremely friendly, south central queretaro and zacatecas.
