A little gem

A spur of the moment decision to stay over night in Isla de Majures rather than get the ferry back to Cancun - spotted this little hotel and the reviews were good all I can say is it’s a gem . Spotlessly clean rooms were basic but comfortable the beds were lovely and comfy as were the pillows the bathroom was clean and shower hot with soft towels. A fridge and coffee maker in the room and a lovely little balcony and to say it’s in the centre it was very quiet all in all I would definitely stay here again and would recommend - the staff her were very helpful too

Good hotel right in the centre

Isla Mujeres is expensive. For the price this was a pretty good option. Dead centre of town and five minutes walk to beaches on three sides. Fair sized room and everything worked well. We had a small balcony outside and lots of restaurants close by. Sea and beaches on Mujeres are amazing although the island is quite commercial.

Perfect location & Clean Rooms

We had wanted to visit Isla Mujeres and our friend suggested we stay in town instead of at the beach. She had two hotels she was looking at and we all decided the Imperla would be a good choice. It was within walking distance of the ferry. The young man who checked us in spoke fluent English and he even helped us get our bags up to our room. We never thought a hotel would only have stairs! Never make assumptions! The rooms were clean and quiet despite being only a floor above street level. They were really warm at first but cooled down after we turned on the a/c. There are great choices for food and shopping all within a few steps. We rented a golf cart from a nearby business and toured the island. The only reason it isn’t a 5 is the very warm room when we checked in and the surprise lack of elevator. If we’d known about the latter, we would have maybe packed a lot lighter!

Great location. Nice beds!

Clean room. Great shower. Comfortable bed. Awesome A/C. Friendly staff
The Hidalgo location was busy but got quiet by 11pm. The patio doors had nice thick glass
Beach towels were supplied which was nice. Great location. Would stay here again.

Great safe clean hotel

Great safe, clean hotel for short stay. Great location in centro, great balcony to people watch from.
Very close to 2 beaches, playa norte (gorgeous) & a quieter beach that only locals use (although red flag so cant swim there) short walk from ferry too.
Modern & fairly new i would say. Smart tv with option to log into your netflix account which i thought was a nice touch for a hotel in this price range. Fridge & safe too & decent shower.
Dont get breakfast but nice place downstairs to grab coffee & breakfast.
Staff were nice they let me check in early & looked after my luggage till i could. Felt very safe there as a solo traveller, highly recommend.
