Bad experience in the hotel Captain's reeds in guayabitos Nayarit

It was a bad experience I got up to the fourth floor without elevator requested room change and. It was denied. There's only one working pool. The watering can that touched me was rusty and it looked very old. They told me they'd send someone for maintenance and told me there's no more watering cans waiting for tomorrow. All this today. August 15, 2025.

NICE PLACE WITH AREAS OF OPPORTUNITY

First time in this hotel the place is nice pity of the second day of arriving unannounced they close an lberca the annoying thing was that they have a lot of white leaves with announcements of no horns and the workers who were maintaining the pool from 6am local time with loud music I do not mind respecting their own announcements and guests who still slept adding noise from the washing machines I lack more attention to the guest.

NEVER VISIT @CAPITAN CABINS AGAIN

THEY HAVE BEDBUG INFESTATION. ROOM 311 TOUCHED ME AND THERE WERE BEDBUGS ON THE MATTRESS. I received no solution of any kind, the Manager of the place refused to solve and it was justified that even in the best hotels passes this type of infestations.

Absolutely the Worst

Absolutely Everything was complete nonsense i absolutely felt the vibe wayyyy off the unknowledgeable receptionist lady's and guys all gave weird faces plenty of eye rolling when we would ask questions about anything or talk so softly. Anyhow I had made a reservation via the phone and omg the day that i arrived which was Sunday September 1st around noon immediately wanted to charge me 3 times more than what they had mentioned to me. I do not recommend absolutely anyone to stay at this hotel. I had the worst experience ever never going there again. you all need to replace with customer service highly qualified superior customer service.

Disappointing

How sad to see that the quality has dropped in this hotel bad towels contacts in broken rooms the lousy cleanliness the kitchen utensil seems to have been taken from their house what they do not use it is sad already the quality I hope improve and take into account the opinions
