The kitchen staff were very pleasant and helpful during breakfast. Very good selection of fresh food at breakfast. Most of the front desk people look like they’d rather not be there , except for the young lady on duty Friday night who was helpful and very professional. Bed was a bit too firm for my taste. Aircon in the room made a ton of noise, like an airplane. OXXO, pharmacy, and Sanborn’s within convenient walking distance. Good enough for a short stay.

Terrible Service

Terrible service and terrible attitude from the pair of people at the reception, an hour and a half waiting in line for check-in only to be told that the reservation was no longer valid because it gets canceled by the system at 6 PM. When I called early and informed them that I would arrive late because there is only one flight from CDMX to Saltillo, there is no human power that can make them understand anything, especially the guy who is rude, arrogant, and does not provide solutions. In total, after almost two hours, I had to go to another hotel. Bad for the Marriott chain and bad for those people; I will never return to a hotel of this chain.

Clean room, friendly staff. Parking area was tight for larger vehicles. I didn't get breakfast due to a busload of marching band members all trying to get ready for their bus leaving, but it seemed to be decent from the view over 50-plus kids. The bath room was excellent, and other than a noisy high-school late nite from 12-2AM, it 2as very quiet. I got Good nights sleep and I was well rested for my long drive the next day.
