Comforable hotel

Not a corporate type hotel, this one has Wi-fi, a pool, restaurants near by, and economical. I like the lay out of the grounds. I will stay again in the future. Overall, it was a very good value for my party of people.

The room itself is very average, I didn't like that it is very close to the parking lot and the passage of people, the WORST thing was that between the annex room and my room there is a door between the two rooms and ALL the noise filters in, even the The neighbor's snoring kept me from sleeping. Terrible Wifi. The redeemable thing is that the location is very central and close to everything in Saltillo.

NOT A FRANCHISE

We found this quaint hotel by asking locals for a good place to stay. We were not dissapointed. It is off the beaten track but in the spanish ambiance. Seven of us stayed in three rooms for US$144. Ample parking and very secure with adjacent restaurant. The language barrier just added to the charm. The staff was quick to help with our needs and the beds were not cement. If you have to be in Saltillo this will help ease the pain. We sat in the courtyard and talked for an hour before bedtime.

Old and moldy windows

Pros:
-price
-free wifi
-rooms around nature (trees)
-friendly staff
-location.
Cons:
-old decorations in the rooms
-bed and pillows so uncomfortable. Bed was so small that it'd not fit two persons.
-there was mold in the bathroom. To be exact in the windows.
-there are no amenities
-you can hear everything from other rooms. No privacy at all.
-parking seems difficult in some parts of the hotel.

More or less good but...

Hotel services are OK in general. You could stay but keep in mind:
Old rooms furniture.
Beds more or less comfortables.
The shower is not good.
The room smells very strong to DDT or other fumigation substance to the point of getting sick.
Wifi OK. It seems that they use a lot of fumigation spray, I mean, a lot!
I would keep recommending and staying at it if they just change this issue.
