Lovely boutique hotel. Wondetful weather. Sun, heat, beach, pool and great restaurants.
The hotel was very nice and clean , staff awesome.

Unfortunately, as an older traveler, the lack of elevator made access (especially to the pool) difficult...the access to the swimming pool was dangerous without a handrail into the pool - this is something that can be fixed...the staff were wonderful - very helpful and courteous...the hotel location was excellent...the "fresh drinking-water stations" weren't very useful, since the water could only be taken with small cups (provided)...all-in-all, a good experience...

There's no way for me to rate it 5 stars since you guys dont have elevators for elders and people with necessities.

We regret that the layout of our facilities was not the most comfortable for your stay. As a boutique hotel designed with a specific architectural concept, we unfortunately do not have an elevator on the property. We fully understand the importance of accessibility, so we always recommend that guests traveling with elderly relatives let us know when booking. This allows us to prioritize rooms on the second floor to ensure their comfort.
Regarding the prices at our bar and rooftop menu, these are based on the premium quality of our local ingredients, personalized service, and the standards of a hotel of our category in San Pancho.

It’s location is great for walking around town and is half a block from the beach
