One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. This place is in a great area, which is why I thought it would be a good option to stay. Can not believe they charge $100 a night for this. After checking in I went to the room just to find the room that they had given me had not been cleaned! Undone bed, used towels in the shower. We to the reception and they gave me another room, and to my surprise it was the same situation. They ended up given me a “JR suite” but this room was filthy, hairs in the tub, hairs on the pillows completely filthy.

The lion is not how they paint it

The Service of the hotel is terrible, it seems that because it is in a nice area the services would be first world. To get a reservation I had to call 5 times because we never received the reservation emails, until spelling them out was achieved. On the day of arrival, on the way to the hotel, we were told that due to overload we would not be given the room we booked, but that we could be offered to place a cot. The restaurant offers only sandwich club, spaghetti and cheese quesadillas. Quite a waste that area, a taco stand would generate more value than they can give you. There is no Internet Service, your devices cannot be connected and duty manager Joselyn only tells you to excuse her but she cannot help you because it is already reported. The bathroom cover in room 704 we found superimposed because it's broken. Friends if you don't want to have a hard time stay in another hotel, this is not a good option. Cheers.

VOLVEREMOS PRONTO!!!!

Thank you all so much for your attentions with my world taekwondo camp group. The rooms very spacious and new. the place has been fantastic, we highly recommend it will soon come back all athletes congratulate the overall service.
