Never could connect to wifi. Shower 🚿 not very good. Maid removed card to keep phone charger from workin even though all lights turned off

We stayed by the world taekwondo camp on the hill and always used this hotel for the proximity and the services of the hotel. the rooms are very spacious and the service given by the staff. we will return next year. greetings!!!

Very good at carving

The best thing about the hotel is its staff, very friendly and in total readiness.
Spacious and clean room, shower well and up to date.
It was our turn to be a little full but it was the size.
Breakfast very nice and tasteful.
By the same number of people, at lunchtime not all the menu was available.
The exercise room was good, simple but the day, I arrived a little early, and although it said 24/7 I had to turn on the electricity circuits, without problem.
Well located as well.
P.S. I was struck by the fact that alternate stairs to the elevator (there is only one) did not have the doors open, in an emergency, it could be a problem.

Super option!

Excellent service , attentive staff and first class facilities , I recommend it 100 the area is one of the best with access to shopping plazas , a spectacular view of the city , supermarkets nearby even on foot plus there is access to public and private transport

Good.

The staff is very friendly, the furniture in good condition, the food is acceptable. I had an event, had several details with my room and a guest too but overall it was fine. The staff comes close to having feedback which I think is a good option to improve their care.
