The hotel is pretty nice, it has all you need and it is clean, close to Tampico AirPort but a little far from the beach and from downtown.
The price was really chip and it includes a continental breakfast.

Bad experience

We reported the internet and it was never fixed; we had no connection or signal in the room. The pool was never available; it was closed the entire time for maintenance. The common areas, elevator, and the hotel's facade in general leave much to be desired, as the hotel is falling apart.
The quality versus cost of the lodging does not correspond.

Paid extra for apt/lrg room upgrade hoping for something a little nicer. Building was near empty, apts are to the rear in a sketchy part. Door locks, security non existent. Limited amenities, no pool, just a couple bath towels, limited soap and shampoo only. Old used, dirty hone appliances in room. Continental brkfst coofee , taost and a few ceareal options only. Hard pass. Hampton Inn down the road

BAD EXPERIENCE IN ALL ASPECTS

uncomfortable and smelly rooms, I received the room with dirty bathroom, bad Service at reception, lots of mess, no wifi network, the terrible food
