No better hotel in Tepic .

The hotel is wonderful ! The front desk staff by the time I left after six days felt like family. The housekeeping staff made sure my room was spotless clean, and that I had everything that I needed the breakfast staff or some of the friendliest people I’ve met in Mexico and the food was five stardelicious for a buffet. I can’t recommend this hotel enough one of the best places I’ve stayed in Mexico.

Almost everything is good about this hotel..
the only few things you may want to rethink is the AC system is control and isn’t not really cold.
Also the restaurant on the 1st floor the service is bad every single time and the food not the best!!!!
I have eaten there like 4 times only cause it’s the only option in between meetings! But trust me service and food not good….
How ever the breakfast on the 1st floor the staff is friendly and for the breakfast to be free is pretty good

The hotel in general is pretty good!
Good location, good breakfast option on the 1st floor (included with ur stay)
But the restaurant down stairs the service is bad!! The quality of the food is also bad I have eat there a couple times (my last resort) but it’s been bad experience!!!
Also they can work on the AC I feel it doesn’t cool down enough for the room..

This is a great hotel whenever I'm in town I always stay here it's centrally located close to everything downtown easy to walk easy access and the amenities are great rooms include breakfast which are always delicious highly recommend you're staying here for years

Centrally located hotel, with very friendly staff, clean rooms, and a good breakfast.
