Spectacular Place For A Wedding

We traveled as a family for a wedding and we stayed here for two nights. This is a place for weddings. The venue is stunning, and the wedding itself was the best we have ever been to. It also was cool that it was El Dia De Los Muertos. We stayed in one of the elevated bungalows. These are air conditioned, and very comfortable. Some family members stayed in the other bungalows in the compound. These are NOT air conditioned, and the windows have no screens, so the bugs can come in. During the day, it does get very hot in the rooms. Now for the not so good: there is no actual reception, there is no bar, there is no restaurant. There is no room service. There are several markets for water near the entrance of the property, plenty of food vendors and plenty of bars. Make sure they are using ice made from filtered water. Be prepared to walk, a lot. Even from the lower bungalows up to the venue, there are stairs, steps and inclines.
