Yessica was a wonderful host! She responded promptly via WhatsApp and kindly helped me checking in late, finding breakfast, and ordering taxis. Great walkable location and well-maintained hotel. ¡Gracias!

I had a great stay at the Colibri Hotel. The location is ideal—it is right at the entrance of Tepoztlán, which makes getting in and out by car super easy without getting stuck in the heavy town traffic. It is still close enough to easily walk into town to explore.
The hotel itself is spacious, clean, and has a very inviting atmosphere. While the decor is a little outdated, the overall experience was excellent. The best part was the extraordinary staff; they were always attentive and made us feel right at home. I would definitely recommend staying here!

The lady that helped us was super kind and helpful, the hotel was clean. The price should have been less that half of what you charged. Too expensive for the kinf of hotel it is.
