Great stay for a cheap price

The hotel was clean, large enough rooms, comfy bed, AC, balcony facing the small lake, easy & quick check in and check out, parking lot, a little restaurant, friendly staff. It was 900 pesos for a night, about 45 bucks American. No complaints at all.

Complete fraud, hotel is in remodeling nothing to do with the website offer

The hotel on the website looked ok, modern and it offer Restaurant and bar , with delicious food, it is under remodeling, by booking they ask you to call and the listed price was 1850 they asked over the phone 2500 due to high occupancy, it has 6 remodeled rooms the rest out of service and they do not tell you that! the Restaurant is a snack bar and the breakfast opens at 8.30 am ! the AC is old and noisy the shower didn't drain! it looked nice but is a complete fraud. the experience was over all stressful, had to drive to town for dinner and breakfast , the one we had was HORRIBLE! fried eggs looks like vomit and also huevos a la mexicana, white bread , with nothing else.. really really bad

NO REGRESARÉ A ESTE HOTEL

Llegamos y mi baño tenía 12 cucarachas en la parte de regadera, es Morelos ok pero... no hubo acción definitiva, siguieron saliendo, no pudimos usar ese baño o lo hicimos lo mínimo, ¿bañarnos?, ni pensarlo. Solo fue una noche.
En cuanto al desayuno adicional a mi desayuno quería 1 hot cake, una simple petición y pues no te preparan nada que no sea 100% como dice la carta, eran 3 hot cakes o nada.
Personal amable pero no lo recomendaría, no regresaré.

Víctima de ROBO.

Este fin de semana me hospede en el Hotel. Al llegar, me estacioné en un espacio aislado que está en la entrada principal al percatarme que había un letrero que decía "no se hacían responsables por robo" en la recepción nos dijeron que el estacionamiento estaba una cuadra ATRÁS. Llegábamos prisa a un evento y pensé en estacionarme de regreso en el mismo. Para mí sorpresa al salir rumbo a mi evento me habían roto el cristal. Subí a reportarlo a la recepcionista y me dijo que ella me había "advertido" lo cual me parece fuera de tiempo.Me comentaron que no he sido la única víctima de delito lo que no entiendo es por qué NO DICEN ANTES DE HOSPEDARSE Y LLEGAR ese pequeño percance. Las instalaciones necesitan mucho mantenimiento, focos fundidos en la habitación, detalles de cosas viejas y oxidadas. La manija de la puerta del baño se safo y pensé que me quedaría encerrada. El famoso estacionamiento está por una calle en una cuadra ATRÁS y no está terminado ni Seguro pues está a media obra. JAMÁS regresaría y me fui de ahí lo antes posible.

Le falta mucho por remodelar para quedar bien.

El cuarto que nos tocó estaba remodelado y aun así tiene detalles bastante descuidados. El aire acondicionado hace mucho ruido, y el drenaje de la regadera huele bastante mal. Regadera y lavabo oxidados. Se ve mejor en las fotos que lo que te ofrecen realmente. El estacionamiento es prácticamente la calle. Los camastros viejos, casi no hay sombras. La limpieza deja mucho que desear.
