The place was great only thing I didn't like about it was the TV wasn't working and when I asked for them to help fix it they said they would help but no one came to help

We've stayed here 6 times over the years and this is always our preferred hotel property as we drive down from San Diego and cross into TJ, it's just a 10 minute drive (or rideshare) after crossing into Mexico. The location is perfect, whether you just want to stroll along Avenida Revolucion and have a meal at Caesar's Restaurant or take a rideshare to the financial center along Blvd Agua Caliente. Crossing the border back to California is quick if you have a SENTRI pass. We will be returning soon!

Great as usual, however water pressure was not enough and quality of the water in the bath was lower than usual

Nice clean hotel all
Around. Very comfortable. I was on a deluxe room, and the amenities were very convenient. Staff at the front desk need to communicate better to guests and maybe more friendly greetings will help. Parking structure does not have elevators. Overall good stay and very quiet. I was impressed by how clean the hotel was. I will be staying here again in the future. Very nice location to the downtown area.

It was a cute hotel but the first day we got there after driving for more than 10 hours
Our room was beautiful but I think they have a club there and the music was so loud until 5 am our room was shaking we did call and ask for a different room and they were sold out
The next day they did move to a different room
We had a hard night we have a autistic son and he was really upset
