Excellent stay!

We had an amazing stay in Tlaquepaque! The hotel was beautiful, clean, and full of authentic charm. The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with recommendations and anything we needed.
The rooms were comfortable and well maintained, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing — perfect for enjoying the culture and charm of the area. The location was ideal, close to restaurants, shops, and local attractions, making it easy to explore the town.
This stay truly enhanced our experience in Tlaquepaque, and we would absolutely return and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

The staff were very nice, and the beds were comfortable! There were some mosquitoes, but they provided us with an electric mosquito repellent. None of us got bitten, so it worked great!
The room was cozy with charming rustic decor, which gave it a very warm and relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast and Wi-Fi were both included, which was very convenient. The location was also great, especially if you’re planning to visit Tlaquepaque, as it’s nearby and easy to get to.
We had a comfortable and pleasant stay overall and really enjoyed our time here. We would definitely stay again!

The pictures look nothing like the hotel. The pool was dirty and not suitable to use. The lobby is full of mosquitos. The water pressure was bad. The breakfast was good but they only have two workers so you have to wait a long time to eat. Parking is bad its off the property in a one way street.

Parking was difficult at times. They would have to move multiple cars to get to ours.
Air conditioning was adequate but took a while to start. The room was clean but very small
Really no room to put your stuff.
The staff was friendly and breakfast was delicious

The hotel is very impressive, the proximity to the main part of town is very convenient, very easy access to museums and local atracciones, the stuff very helpful and attentive to all guess, if I go back for another vacación, I will definitely stay at this charming place
