Spectacular Hotel

In general, everything at the hotel is excellent: facilities in perfect condition, clean, friendly service, and delicious food. Likewise, the hotel has enough amenities to have a good time there.

The check-in was a nightmare because we were on the motorway on a long drive to reach the hotel (over three and a half hours drive) and we called to advise about our late arrival. We would be arriving shortly after 6pm and they insisted we pre-pay the rooms even though we were confirming we were on our way there and we had booked through Hoteles.com choosing the option of paying upon arrival because we were 4 businessmen and each of us were going to pay our own room so putting one card for all four rooms was a problem and it took three calls and asking for a manager for them to accept our arrival at 6:15pm instead of before 6pm. Once we were there it was an outstanding experience.
Shame it was soured by the worries we might lose our reservation while on the motorway.

the only bad is that rooms dont have closet or drawers.
