I did not sign for breakfast .It was not part of my payment but i suggest complimentary breakfast should be part of all payment but i had a good time nice hotel

I booked this for 10 days for a child that needed brain surgery. Her surgery was cancelled and the hotel and Expedia both refused to cancel. No one stayed in the room.
I have stayed in this hotel numerous times. I have always had a very nice stay here. The staff here have always been very nice in the past.
Probably I need to re-evaluate my choices.

Too bad!!

It is amazing how the hotel lost quality in every way. If the hotel is undergoing renovation, it should at least offer options and provide adequate service according to their rate and the level they are supposed to have. VERY austere rooms without amenities. The area of Alberca where the Bar was set up, looks like a popular beach resort families camping, with rafts of potatoes, cakes and children running and wet and screaming at 10 at night. You can't be... it's a shame for years I've come to this hotel but no longer

Berta and Arturo Really made our stay in Torreón special and comfortable. The hotel was beautiful and undergoing renovations to make it even better. The pool was huge, the food was very good, and the service was impeccable. We also were traveling with my mother-in-law who uses a wheelchair and they went above and beyond to help her and make her comfortable. We will stay at the Crown Plaza again!
