UN LUGAR TIPICO DE DESCANSO

Excelente hotel, estilo hacienda. Muy tranquilo. Nadie molesta.
El personal administrativo muy atentos y amables.
Vale la pena disfrutar del hotel, sus habitaciones cómodas, limpias y muy seguras.
Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Pésimo servicio y respuesta de parte de la gerencia del hotel y mala atención del encargado de la noche

Estuvimos en la habitación #13 donde había goteras. Tuvimos que mover las dos camas matrimoniales en la noche ya que se mojaron almohadas, cobija, cobija de nuestra bebé. No había agua caliente en la noche. Se reportó a recepción y ni nos ofrecieron cambio de habitación. Quisimos hablar con la gerente y no quiso tomar la llamada. Gracias por la atención de Judith de recepción en la mañana. Es lo único rescatable de esta estancia.

Excelente opción

Es una excelente opción para hospedarse, amplitud de instalaciones y de habitaciones, muy limpio. Está en una orilla de la ciudad, así que conviene ir en auto, pues el centro quedaría retirado. Es justa la relación calidad/precio. Aunque habían subido el precio de las habitaciones, me respetaron el precio que tenían cuando hice la reserva sin ningún problema.

Un excelente hotel , con gente muy amable , comida muy rica, atención maravillosa . flexibles .. Súper recomendado. Una experiencia cálida, la gente que trabaja ahí mis respetos, las habitaciones rústicas , pero muy limpias , sale agua caliente , cajas de seguridad .
