Outstanding !

Josh and Mario are remarkable hosts. The accommodation is clean, aesthetic and maintained. The swimming pool is very pleasant. She delighted our two children. The vegetation around the swimming pool is magnificent. Following a mishap when we arrived in Tulum, Josh and Mario warmly opened their door to us. We stayed, we rented one of their accommodations which was available. We are very happy and grateful. We will come back.

90 min walk to beach

Please be aware, this place is NOT central to anything. It’s a 90 minute walk to the beach, or a $25 USD cab…not kidding. You have to walk 45 minutes to any sort of super market. There is an OXXO close by to buy beer and cigarettes, that’s about it.
Room are ok, but all dishes had to be rewashed before using as it was apparent that the last guests quickly rinsed in dirty water.
We also only had one working toilet and informed the host about this the next/first morning. He said he would fix it, which never happened for our 4 night stay.
Pools are tiny and quite dirty, which is a shame as it got very hot on our front deck. Deck chair was black plastic so sitting in it was a pain tolerance test as the plastic was literally melting.
It was unfortunate the pool wasn’t nicer because a lot of time was spent in the area, since there’s nothing else close to casa MTL. Not recommended

Casa MTL- TULUM

What a lovely condo for four people, who stayed a full month. The hosts were so accommodating and full of great ideas to explore restaurants and interesting sites. A new upper deck with splash pool added an extra feature for enjoyment. The garden pool and grounds were maintained daily. The kitchen well fitted and very clean.

Notre 2ième séjour

Nous avons tellement aimé notre séjour à Casa Mtl Tulum en février 2019, que nous avons décidés d'y retourner en février 2020. Comme l'année dernière tout était parfait. L'ajout de la terrasse sur le toît avec une nouvelle deuxième piscine est parfait. Vous ne vois tromperez pas si vous réservez votre séjour chez Josh et Mario. Nous avons hâte de revenir en 2021 ;-)

MAGIQUE !

Mérite le double d’étoile ! Petit coin de paradis à tulum c’est simple si vous êtes de passage ici et que vous ne séjournez pas ici c’est une grosse erreur !
On se sent comme à la maison, l’accueil des 2 propriétaires Josh et Mario est absolument extraordinaire, ils sont en plus de super bons conseils !
L’appartement est grand propre très bien agencé et fonctionnel.
Je recommande ++++++++++
