Total relaxation, excellent place to rest and live with nature. Apartment 12 has everything.

Apartment 12 is an excellent option, it has a terrace with a jacuzzi and everything you need for a rest and coexistence with nature. Includes 2 free bicycles which help you to see places in the center of Tulum as well as visit the tourist area and the beach.

Lousy serve, a scumbag fourth. It's not a hotel, look for another option.

The room totally dirty, hair everywhere.
Old towels and sheets.
Terrible and aggressive administration.
It's not a hotel.
Look for more options, it's not worth it here. I leave you pictures.
And when something was asked of them, no one answered me. The answer was, we don't provide hotel service.

DO NOT BOOK

DO NOT BOOK! This is not a hotel! It’s now called Jade Residences but all the platforms (Expedia, booking.com, trip advisor ) keep advertising it as a hotel. Nobody speaks English, our room was not cleaned: washroom trash can full of blood filled maxi pads - this is a SERIOUS BIOHAZARD!! All the towels were dirty and stained, white powder residue on the kitchen counter. We were awoken at 1:45am by an employee coming INTO OUR ROOM while we were sleeping. Safety is an issue at this hotel, poor lock/door system, the safe in our room never worked. No running water for a full day. The staff isn’t helpful, they did nothing for us because they kept saying it’s an airbnb and that we have to speak with the owner of the unit. We booked on Expedia and they have it as a hotel. Our friends also stayed here, their toilet did not work all week! They had to use washroom at the exterior lobby!!!

The concierge was the added plus to this amazing resort!

This was such an amazing hotel! The staff was what really made me feel great, especially Jose the concierge! He went out of his way to communicate with me daily about the area, things to do, and took the time to get to know me as a person. I traveled alone so it’s always important to feel safe and feel like I have a friend wherever I go and Jose was just that. There were challenges with my experiences and transportation and he was able to help me find solutions, even on his day off. I had unique situations with bees and he helped with no questions asked! The hotel was beautiful! The room was comfortable and serene! I had everything I needed and will definitely be back! This was my best birthday vacation!

Do not stay at this hotel. - Photo proof as to why.

Do not book this hotel!
Myself and my partner booked to stay here, on the day of our departure from the UK we recieved a message from booking.com stating the our accomodation had been cancelled due to issues with the payment not being accepted.
We contacted the number provided immediatley and we were informed that the hotel had moved all of their guests to another hotel that they owned called "Copal". Jade Tulum was no longer in action due to issues with electricity at the hotel.
We arrive in Cancun and got our taxi to take us to Copal, we paid to stay there for one night. Jade Tulum hotel called us up asking why we hadn't arrived. I stated that I had booked another room at Jade, but this didnt matter because Jade Tulum had told us to go to Copal.
Jade Tulum confirmed that they no longer operated under the Rumba group due to the fact Rumba had been stealing from the owners & investors. Copal was the only hotel that Rumba group had under their ownership, so they were cancelling reservations at other hotels they used to own and redirecting them to Copal.
My main issue wasn't the issue with the fact that we had been scammed by the Rumba group that were redirecting active reservations.
My issue was that Jade Tulum were still more than happy to take my full payment for the hotel. Even though they had their booking system compromised and due to this we ended up staying another night in another hotel.
We wanted nothing to do with Jade Tulum of Copal, fortunatley we were able to book elsewhere. Jade Tulum made no effort to refund us and told us to take it up with the people that scammed us.
They got paid for a room we never stayed in for a week. Just as bad as the people that scammed us in the first place.
Disgusting, steer clear of the Jade Tulum, the Rumba group and Copal hotel. Its corrupt and they have no regard for their customers and their customers money.
