We had such an amazing stay at this hotel in Tulum the entire property was spotless from the rooms to the pool area, which made it feel incredibly relaxing and well cared for. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, always greeting us with a smile and helping with anything we needed. It truly made our trip unforgettable, and we can’t wait to come back again.

Unacceptable, impossible to stay there!

We preferred to change hotels immediately and did not even sleep there for a single night. This place is abandoned. Between the nonexistent security (window that doesn't close facing a construction ladder), the broken and dangerous sink, the unmaintained pool, the lack of a reception, and staff who don't speak English... it was simply impossible to stay. Add to that a hotel in the middle of nowhere and a parking lot that is totally inaccessible because it is occupied by their own vans. In short, a hotel to avoid at all costs!

My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. From the moment I arrived, the room had an unpleasant smell, and there were a large number of insects around the property, which negatively affected my stay.
The hotel also offers very limited services, including room service and kitchen facilities, which did not meet my expectations.
I would like to highlight the kindness and professionalism of the male receptionist, who was very helpful throughout my stay. However, the female receptionist who assisted me upon arrival was somewhat rude and unprofessional, leaving a poor first impression.
Unfortunately, I would not stay at this hotel again. I recommend that future guests carefully consider their options before booking.

disappointed by our stay. decent room and good bedding. BUT wet room. No possibility to dry the towels. the towels and bath were not changed every day and since it was wet. she smelled bad. the shower water was warm even after 10 minutes...
