The best hotel to see the ravines

My experience was the best , the truth all the hotel staff were very friendly especially Mr. Fidel and chapito , the views that the hotel has are incredible, the fact that they have warmth in the rooms is a great plus for the cold months , the dogs that are in the hotel serve as a guide (don't forget to give them croquettes when they stay and be kind to them) the restaurant's dishes are rich and the drinks are 10/10, I hope soon to visit them again

I WANT MY MONEY BACK

This place is the ugliest hotel I have ever visited in Mexico. Starting with the service: the boy who picked us up was very gentle, but at reception we were not even given good morning.
We paid for a room on a high floor so we could see the whole city, but it was a terrible experience. It is not a suitable place for older people, as we could not go up.
We were offered a room on a lower floor, but paid $4,800 in total for a room that didn't even have soap. A horror. We left and stayed in a small cabin under that place called Darely, thank God we could stay ayi.

Clean, friendly and service oriented.

We often bring our runner groups here prior to going into the Copper Canyon deeper. We love supporting this caring, family ran business. The service is excellent. The rooms are very clean. The food is delicious.

My room was so far up that going to the pool or jacuzzi was nearly impossible, too many steep steps, and if you add the altitude of the area, it’s hard to breath. I went to bed without dinner because after going up and down twice, there’s no way I could do it again and it’s too far from everything. I wouldn’t stay here again
