Warm and peaceful stay

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Xu'unan! The staff was so warm and helpful. We had all the privacy we wanted, but they were immediately available if we needed anything. Our rooms were very comfortable, with excellent cold AC. The gardens are lovely (we enjoyed lounging in the hammocks in the palapa), and breakfast was delicious and different every day, with typical Yucatecan dishes, fresh local fruits and juices, and excellent coffee. The location is terrific, just a short stroll to the Convento and Calzadas de los Frailes, and only about 1 km to the central plaza. Highly recommend!

Beautiful experience

Wonderful surprise, very nice house, great breakfast and beautiful Welcoming. The ideal place to get to know Valladolid and its surroundings.

Will be back!

We were greeted by the owners daughter and she was lovely! The owner was so sweet and welcoming. Showed us around the property and rooms then had recommended restaurants and cenotes. Absolutely beautiful property!!! The gardens are so well kept and gorgeous! The location was perfect! The best part was the amazing breakfast with fresh fruit and juices.. excellent coffee! The owner (Cindy?) was so friendly and welcoming.

Relaxed Atmosphere

* Hotel, with cozy atmosphere. Decoration, typical Mexican.
*The kids had a good space to play outdoors.
*Secure parking inside the premises.
* With outside rest areas.
* Large room, comfortable bed, TV, hot water, air conditioning, wifi.
* Typical Mexican breakfast, where it was shared with the family owner and
Hosting manager, were also available to guide
areas of tourist interest.
* A few steps from the tourist and commercial area, Ave. The Friars with excellent
restaurants, including the Idilio Folklore Brewery and another some 5 minutes in
cart, IX CAT IT traditional Mayan cuisine.
* In short I would stay again.
* Hotel, with a cozy atmosphere. Decoration, typical Mexican.
* The children had a good area to play outside.
* Secure parking inside the facilities.
* With outdoor seating areas.
* Large room, comfortable bed, TV, hot water, air conditioning, wifi.
* Typical Mexican breakfast, where it was shared with the owner family and
lodging manager, were also available to guide you in areas of tourist interest.
* A short walk from the tourist and shopping area Ave. Los Frailes. Excellent
restaurants, among them Idilio Folklore Brewery and another some 5 minutes by
car, IX CAT IT traditional Mayan cuisine.
* In short, I would stay again.
