We stayed in a room that had its own rooftop jacuzzi. The room was great. Staff were incredibly helpful. The location was central. We would stay there again.

Staff has copies of the keys for the lockers and they got in mine
This review reflects not only my experience, but also that of another guest who was staying in the same room.
The hostel itself is pleasant, but unfortunately I can’t say it felt secure. The lockers come with their own keys, so I trusted them and left money and electronics inside. On the morning of my last day, I went out and returned later to find another guest in the room visibly upset because cash had gone missing from her locker.
I checked mine as well and realized that a €100 bill had been taken. The lockers showed no signs of being forced, and the staff insisted they don’t keep duplicate keys; but somehow two separate lockers were opened and money disappeared. When we reported it, we were told nothing could be done, and they weren’t willing to review the cameras.
It’s disappointing, because the hostel has potential, but guests should be aware that the locker security is not reliable and that issues may not be properly addressed.

First of all, We thank to Tripadvisor.com for let all the business reply in this certain cases where exist a clear intention to discretid a whole place and its team just because a plan with treachery and advantage didn’t work for someone who just want money from Us (it’s the second time we respond because that person really want to discredit us). With all the respect we always treated you, is the same respect we show you in this reply, here are the real and objective facts:
1.-You said the lockers were never forced, that’s completely true, they can be only open with the unique key under your possession (we do not have copies AT ALL).
2.-You said cash were lost inside your locker, which is kind of weird, considering the fact that you have been paying your stay with cards (Since you told in front desk you were out of cash because you were ending the rest of your trip, so very prepotent you demand to pay in card); but that’s not all, yesterday when you insult and scream the receptionist asking for the manager presence you clearly told there were “supposed” $300 euros disappeared, which is more weird because that information doesn’t match about what you wrote here. We had to mentioned that you threatened us saying that you want the $300 euros and a bad review will never come, obviously we say NO because the stranger situation you were creating based on nothing because your locker was always closed and the only one who could’ve opened and closed all the time was you.
3.-You were asking for the tapes of the cámaras inside the room, excuse me, it’s completely ilegal to have camera’s inside the dorms due to guests privacy, sorry for didn’t show you but We do not have them inside the rooms!
4.-As we said before you never talked about your aggressive and disrespectful behavior with all the team, just for the information of everyone who reads this, there were guests even with more longer time staying with us (4-5 nights) that were telling it wasn’t the right way you behaved with Us and it looks like you were acting just like other people behave when they are under “god know what kind of substances”.
UPDATE: This morning our staff reported that you used the staff kitchen (not allowed for guests) and you made a mess inside, leaving everything in disorganized and dirty.
It’s really disappointed the way of your behavior and it’s sad that Google doesn’t allow the properties rate this kind of guests as easy as they invented gossip and fake situations when their will is not done.
We leave this in criteria of all readers as is the very first time a situation like this (fake invented situation about security) happened.

What a disappointment!
Frankly shitty.... Security level: not one of the windows/windows closes, no safe. Comfort and amenities: not even a bottle of water for two nights. A sample 10ml of shampoo always for 2, fan that makes a hell of a noise. And let us not even talk about the common kitchen which may have been 10 years ago but which is no longer anything like and totally obsolete.
To top it all off: honesty, nothing. We were asked at the end of the stay 20 pesos that would have been forgotten by the receptionist on the day of our payment ( whereas no ) . For 20 pesos, that's the equivalent of 1 €, we pretend to piano for a while on his computer, we threaten to bring the direction... Frankly, I'm ashamed of you. When I see the quality of our other nights elsewhere, what seemed a good Price quality ratio is ultimately very disappointing.

Good Price quality ratio but
The hostel is well located, close to the center, easily accessible on foot. The staff is very friendly.
However, we slept 3 nights in an upgradeable room. Indeed, without mentioning the beds made 1/2, the bathroom is unhygienic and incomplete. The pressure of the pommel is very low, making the shower unpleasant (which otherwise has no shampoo). This room also lacks storage and good smell.
The whole place remains pleasant (especially for the price), but to avoid for people riding on cleanliness.
