A GEM in Valladolid

An old hotel but in EXCELLENT CONDITION!!!!
Excellent service at the reception and restaurant, the pool is spotless, the rooms are very clean, and the property maintenance is top-notch!!!
It has its own parking!!!
Without a doubt, we will return!!!

Excellent location with shops nearby. Property has parking and the pool area was nice and clean. Room doesn't include a small refrigerator neither hand towels.

Clothing hung on railings

The hotel is nice and the friendly staff, only I don't think it's right to allow guests to hang clothes from the railings, gives you a bad image

Beautiful, affordable, worth it.

Impecable, beautiful, colonial hotel. Affordable. Excellent location in Downtown. Friendly staff. I will always come back to this hotel. Whether you travel solo or with family / friends. Just a few blocks from Downtown Main Square. Good for travelers without a car. Renting a scooter or bike for a day is also available next door to the hotel..

Hotel Zaci was simple but clean and very central to all activities in the city. The parking was private and pool was clean. Would recommend.
Cons- The night front desk clerk tried to charge triple the amount and rip is off as well as give us a lower exchange rate until our guide told her no. She was rude.
