Great quality even on the decor side.

We didn’t stay in bed but took a day pass to use the spa, pool, etc. The restaurant is great - one of the best in Valladolid (try the carpaccio - better than in Italy - and the Cervix).The spa pool is great too.

It's more beautiful in pictures than live

I had chosen the hotel for the cave, only to stay there 5 minutes because the water is annoyingly too hot. I was disappointed in my room because, despite choosing a Junior Suite was a very small room, only 1 room and tiny bathroom. So they call suites normal (and small) rooms. Friendly hotel staff, reasonably priced spa. Breakfast opens too late if you want to take early morning trips.

Nice vibe, great style

Really liked the style and the vibes of this hotel. It is a bit remote, but that is fine. The waterscape is very nice and warm. Breakfast offered was also good and reception staff very friendly. The only thing that surprised me was the noise at night…. Cars, barking dogs, people talking in the street…. So if you are a light sleeper, make sure to take earplugs with you. We also had to park our car in the street because the parking was too small…. But one of the reasons we chose this was to have a parking so our car would be safe…

Very unique stay

I can't say enough great things about our stay! The staff were absolutely lovely and attentive. We were greeted with a tequila tasting, which really won us over :). Our room was very comfortable and had a great view of the ice cream shop and the pool. The room was clean and the air conditioner worked well. My favorite thing was the salt water cave, which we were lucky enough to have to ourselves two days in a row! My husband and I love food and have eaten at many restaurants, and we both felt the food at the on-site restaurant was stellar. They have parking on site which was nice. The atmosphere at the hotel is extremely relaxed and calming - a great place to start a vacation!

Lovely common spaces, lackluster rooms

Interesting place with several delightful features—first being the warm salt water cave. Excellent spa service thoroughly enjoyed my coffee/cacao exfoliation. Also enjoyed the fish pedicure station, the turtle and bee sanctuaries, the charmingly painted ice cream parlor. Restaurant was mediocre and there doesn’t seem to be much else around. Somewhat out of the way location. limited parking
When we checked in the room features I had specified on booking.com had not been communicated to the hotel, so we got the worst room, adjacent to the laundry. The front desk claimed that they couldn’t process my Amex card, took my friend’s Visa card and then inexplicably charged my Amex card leading to some confusion. Room was nothing special, bedding basic and very limited space for unpacking. All in all not really worth the price.
