Poor quality hotel

We had to stay emergency, but woe to differentiate simple from bad. They had no hot water, the bathroom had no key for the shower, the air a.c. threw water, and they did not want to give us towels, the service of the bad morning, the water of the shower ran out and wet the whole bathroom, the beds had hair and still a lot of humidity. 0 recommended

Awful!

Horrible experience, they covered the prices to give a higher rate (double), there wasn't even hot water, the bathroom doors didn't work, I was locked in, there was no wifi and if there was, it didn't even work.
