In some rooms the air conditioning is not working, only on elevator was working during my stay (3 days ). Staff is professional and welcoming. Food is good but the breakfast buffet at the hotel was only during weekends.

These rooms look much better online. Definitely not worth what I paid. The ac didn’t work in one of my rooms, they said they didn’t have another room. I’m pregnant and woke up in the middle of the night to use the restroom and a roach was crawling on my sink with all my makeup. One plus was my son left his passport and they kept it for us to pick up later in our trip. Staff was friendly and central location is all they have good.

Lack of maintenance

It lacks maintenance, I understand it is a historic building but it looks old instead of historic.

Nice staff and average cleanliness. Morning breakfast is good . There is only 1 working elevator. Needs some maintenance around the hotel. Could be nice hotel again with some repairs. I think value is great however.
