Very convenient, clean, with super friendly staff. The parking lot is fine. Breakfast is ok, but not very good.

Extra charge for carrying pet

Good hotel. Fast check in, breakfast included and good option to take pets, I did not like that it is a normal room and I am charged more than 500 for my dog, but I already learned that in hampton inn has an extra cost.

Increasingly austere

More and more austere. I visit it frequently because it is Petfriendly and the breakfast is better than many of the segment (although it is usually cold). It is the second time there is no shampoo and as one realizes when it is already inside the watering can (they have fixed opaque jars so that they are not stolen) because there is nothing left to do. Before the towels were big, now they are girls, before there were 2 bottles of water and 2 glasses, now there are only 1, and so I can go on. The price doesn't drop.

no service, and racist

1. I made room reservation a bed with a sofa, they do not notify me at the reception and change me to double bedded room. I call the reception when I enter the room, they tell me that there are not available that I reserve. But I did see them still booking and shipping at night.
2. we arrived at 13:00 in the afternoon, we checked in with the passport, and waited a few minutes for the room card, we were not given, asked and told, check in is after 3 . Why don’t you tell me anything when we waited there? Maybe I don’t speak Spanish well and I didn’t mean, it’s racist reception.

不经过同意就给我换房间，在前台站着等房卡不主动告诉没房间，问了才说要三点才能入住。难道因为是黄皮肤亚洲人,我西班牙语说的不好,所以就歧视我吗?希望能被看懂。
