The best place to stay in Puerto Morelos
The perfect place to enjoy some peace and quiet. The ocean pounds away most evenings when the sea breezes cooperate. The birds wake you in the morning happily singing their songs.
The hosts have everything covered. Great location, comfortable clean rooms, ensure that you have the best stay.
It’s security behind a locked gate. Pool and loungers for when the beach is too much.
I look forward to my return in the not to distant future. Very highly recommended.

Wonderful Winter Getaway
Our two month stay at Aqua Guesthouse was absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, everything about this rental exceeded our expectations. First and foremost, the communication with Sarah and Gerzon was exceptional. They were prompt, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Any questions or concerns we had were addressed promptly, making us feel valued and well taken care of even before our arrival. Upon entering the property, we were blown away by its immaculate cleanliness. It’s evident that Sarah and Gerzon put a great deal of effort into maintaining a pristine environment. It felt as though we were the first guests to ever set foot in the apartment. The weekly cleaning done by Diana who’s attention to cleanliness and hygiene provided us with peace of mind and allowed us to fully enjoy our stay.
The pool and gardens are beautiful making for a truly tranquil place to relax.
Only a five minute walk to the beach with the provided beach chairs was a daily must and the rentable
Bikes allowed us to easily go into Puerto Morales for dinner or just to pick up some groceries.
We look forward to returning next year!

Home away from home
This is our second winter stay and we cannot wait to go back again next year. My wife and I consider Aqua Guesthouse our second home. We would be hard pressed to write any negative comments about this small resort boutique. Sarah, Gerzon, Diana. Rodrigo and Valentin made sure that all our needs were addressed. Every little inconvenience was taken care promptly and efficiently.
The grounds are well maintained, and the pool is cleaned every morning.
The unit has all the amenities for cooking. Drinking water is replenished whenever needed. The room is cleaned regularly. The king size bed is comfy. They have new bikes for rent and a smart Samsung TV.
The town center is a 25 minutes walk on a country road or a bit shorter by the beach.
The beach is easily accessible, a block away from the resort.
We have enjoyed our vacation. Thank you for everything.

Aqua Guesthouse Puerto Morelos
Sarah & Gerzon were amazing hosts, my room spacious, clean, the bed was increditably comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The resort was even better than the pictures depicted it to be. The staff Rodrigo & Diana were helpful friendly and always greated you with a smile. Throughly enjoyed my stay with friends for a month so much so that I am returning with my sister in April, looking forward to seeing everyone.

The best airbnb and the best hosts!
We stayed at Aquaguesthouse to attend a wedding while we were in Puerto Morelos. I am so happy that I found this hidden gem. I am a Canadian myself so it was very easy to relate with Sarah. She was so accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. I will list below all the good things we have experienced:
THE CHECK IN: The check in was very seamless and Sarah was so communicative before we even arrived, upon arrival she sent us detailed instructions to make our stay comfortable and better. We were then greeted by the lovely caretaker; Diana. She was very nice and ensured we have everything we needed and explained everything to us as well
THE AIRBNB: This is by far the best airbnb I have stayed in. I feel Sarah and Gerzon are well traveled themselves because everything we needed, it was there inside the airbnb. I feel they created this place and put everything they needed but couldn’t find during their travels. The place was so well thought out, from the furniture, outline, washroom, things that are inside, etc. We had everything we needed from huge bottle of water, cooking, things in the washroom, coffee, bathroom and pool towels, hammock outside, somewhere to hang our wet clothes on outside, there's tv to log in your Netflix, there's plenty of storage for clothes, they even included free beers in the fridge. There is also bike rental should that be something you need. The entire place was so clean and every well maintained and taken care of everyday.
THE POOL: The pool is quite nice and cleaned everyday
OTHER: While we were there, we needed some contacts especially for car rental and taxi, we got all of these because of Sarah’s trusted contacts. Because of the hosts, we were able to get a hold of people and places we needed. Sarah also even sent us a list of restaurants to check out.
THE CHECK OUT: We were bid a warm goodbye by the caretakers; Diana and Rodrigo and one of the host; Gerzon. They are all such warm, happy people and sent us off nicely. Though we didn’t get to meet Sarah, her genuine care for her guests was felt.
Thank you so much Aqua Guesthouse for an amazing stay and experience. We are happy to have found our home away from home in Puerto Morelos. Thank you very kindly for taking so much care of us. We will be back and recommend you to our loved ones.
