Una joya en la Sierra Norte de Puebla
El restaurante tiene una ambientación tipo hacienda, la carta es muy variada y con platos típicos de la región. En fines de semana hay bufete. Los chiles en nogada es uno de mis platillos favoritos de este lugar pero solo en temporada Agosto-Septiembre.
Mención especial: lo huevos mi Ranchito son deliciosos así como el el café de máquina que te ofrecen. La atención es de 10.

Disappointing Hotel Mi Ranchito
Good afternoon, everybody. We booked the same week that we went to the Hotel, the information provided by the receptionist who answered our call could not give it, it was confusing and untimely because she commented that she would call us the next day to confirm availability of rooms, the next day using WhatsApp give us wrong information since we wanted to go Saturday and Sunday but they put me- that there were "no rooms" anymore, to which I mentioned that I had already spoken the night before and they told me that they would verify the next day and let me know by call or message by WhatsApp, in short they let me know that they already had reserved my room from a night before, so I told the receptionist that we better talk by phone and no more by application. We agreed and managed to get the reservation for Saturday and Sunday to what we paid 1530 pesos for 2 adults and 500 pesos more of our pet.
When we arrived at 2:30 pm in our room (bungalow) there was confusion on the part of the same receptionist and sent us to 16 when, but it turned out that our room was the No. 15 to what we noticed was a cart parked in his garage. We were told that the room was not ready and that we had to wait at least an hour to pass. We carry our kitten which is not used to Trips so long for him since it was more than 4 hours from where we live. It was at least 90 minutes (hour and a half) from the time that is supposed to be the check out and we could not pass as it was obstructing our entrance the vehicle of the person who had been before us.... after a long time we managed to enter the room and realized that the upper windows cannot be closed and also do not have mosquito nets as it is an area high in mosquitoes and also in dengue to what we tried to talk to the reception but the phone of the room did not ever work, I personally went to the reception to request help and be able to close the windows and said that someone would fix it but no one ever showed up. Given the climate we decided to start the tour of the hotel and its gardens as they boast that it is an attraction of the hotel where you can walk xon your pet went but we got great disappointments as it does not have the correct maintenance the broken road, not this couple, it has places where it becomes dangerous not only for those who carry stroller, if not for anyone as it waters potholes, holes, broken glass, nature's weeds and too much mud for the weather, does not have the proper signage and you can go to some road that is unsafe for tiny your family... Later already installed we went to the restaurant which has a lot of renown for its tradition and seasoning to what the receptionist told us that it was not Petfriendly and we had to leave our kitten in the room with the insecurity of the open windows... food nothing else, besides there was not everything that said the menu and the price much above normal. Later in the afternoon it began to rain more than what.We requested help from the receptionist and just tried to flag down a taxi which told him that for another half hour minimum he would vacate to go for us... without seeing more desire to help us and at least try another taxi or taxis we decided better to walk out of the hotel and take a taxi what will happen there. Which we immediately found. The next Sunday at 7am the rumble of music at full volume of the lounge that is at the back of the hotel woke us up and took away the sleep, we could not go back to sleep as it was too much scandal....
In total great disappointment of hotel.

Complaints YES the attitude of the lousy receptionist- does not help you on the contrary makes you feel alone in your experience and that you do not have her help.
Realities: if you want to go to rest or to see the nature of the place other than in Hoteo Mi Ranchito do not respect the rest and the comfort of the client on the contrary hinders the view a neglected and expensive hotel.
Suggestions:
1) Wash your coffee machine is of good quality as we take the tasting tour with the expert Román Valderrabano excellent but the taste changes in Hotel mi Ranchito as he tried it and made the comment that it tastes ugly as they give you.
2) Invest in their gardens and their nature that is the future including attention to the details and needs of customers that do not go beyond feeling safe and that do something about it if you have some need such as having mosquito nets and that everything works.
3) change the receptionist, she has a very bad attitude.
4) that the restaurant is Pet friendly.

We Would Stay Here Again
Excellent property. Quiet. Beds were comfortable. Don't forget your toothbrush as replacements are available but for $62. Heaters were not working but they would bring you an electric portable unit at no charge. Extra large guest rooms.

There is no Internet in the rooms
Everything is fine except the Internet, the signal does not reach the rooms and you have to consume your data.
The food is very delicious, Cecina con Entomatadas are delicious. The rooms are good in general as are the bathrooms.
The bad thing, as I mentioned, is that the Internet does not reach the rooms.

Excellent brunch
The wide range of fresh and interesting food was quite excellent. The service was friendly and the ladies could not do enough to make our meal as pleasant as possible. The warm, bubbling buffet dishes were really interesting. Fruit, coffee and bread were plentiful. After brunch we wandered around the gorgeous gardens. A lovely meal and well worth a visit.
