The perfect escape from Mexico City. A lovely spot in the countryside.

What an amazing experience! The service is lovely and it was a wonderful way to escape Mexico City for a few days. The food was excellent particularly the breakfast. The rooms are spacious and clean. The pool was the perfect temperature and there is plenty of room for swimming laps.

Excellent experience

I very much enjoyed The Lorian Club. Great premises, delicious food and wonderful service. An oasis just 1 hour away from Mexico City. Great for relaxing in the spacious rooms, vast gardens, massages and pool. It is also very close to some touristic attractions for day trips. I would love to come back for a much longer stay during cold winter months.

Great experience!

From the time we checked in, the staff were friendly and helpful. The entrance was a little difficult to find in the dark, but otherwise we did not experience any problems during our stay.
The suite that I was in had steps up into the bathroom area, and a step down into the shower. This may be a concern for someone who has limited mobility, but otherwise it was not an issue.
I did not make use of the golf course, but some of my family did. They said it was like an upgraded mini golf course, with only 9 holes.
The pool was great and I enjoyed using the water slide. The food was good, I ate most meals there. The staff in the lobby spoke English, but some of the waiters did not. It was not an issue for us but knowing some Spanish does help.
